Working with a global Oil, Energy and Transportation business - ARM currently looking for an experienced Fleet Marine Superintendent

The purpose of the role is to provide support and guidance on all related marine projects within the vessel fleet, and co-ordinate safe and effective practices across all floating structures. You will take the lead, when it comes to Marine procedures, and SIRE vetting, Class, Flag and regulatory compliance, part of the role is to also set and achieve key KPI's to track and improve performance of the fleet including liaisons with Marine Support, Maintenance, Electrical, and Structural teams.

The organisation also from time to time, use external vetting functions - and you will also be responsible for assessing suitability, and ensuring best practice and compliance in their activities.

Ideal candidate profile:
- Qualified Class 1 Master Mariner
- Experience working as Marine Superintendent, SIRE vetting Superintendent
- Strong leadership and HSSE management skills
- An excellent communicator
- Flexible with travel
