Working with a global Oil, Energy and Transportation business - ARM currently have a requirement for a Vessel Dry Dock Superintendent. 

The purpose of this role is to budget and co-ordinate dry docks to the highest quality, procedures and standards.  You will be responsible for regular liaison with the assigned shipyards, Ship Superintendents, Commercial functions, and Chief Engineers to ensure vessels meet statutory class, flag and internal benchmarks. Another key part of this position is to create dry docking specifications, oversee maintenance, defects, & modifications, and ensure the vessel is thoroughly checked and verified before handing over to assigned superintendent 

The Dry Dock specialist will regularly update and maintain best practice procedures, maintenance and reporting systems including vessel document control, and as an when required be responsible for Technical and incident investigation

Ideal candidate specification:
- Chief Engineer class 1 COC (steam or motor) Tankers / Gas/ Chemicals
- Experienced working with regular dry dockings / processes and standards
- Relevant shore experience in a similar environment
- A strong man-manager, and an excellent communicator
- Strong report writing skills, and analysis
