Union Marine Management Services Pte Ltd (www.unimarships.com) is a ship management company based in Singapore managing bulk carrier and car carriers for a major Japanese Ship Owner.
The company is presently managing 11 ships and has plans in place to expand their fleet to 20 ships within this year. In order to manage the growth and provide excellent service to the Owners, they are looking for a dynamic person to join them as Technical Superintendent to be based in Singapore.
As a Technical Superintendent, you will be responsible for the technical management of vessels ensuring their safe, efficient and environmentally sound operations. You will arrange surveys, prepare dry docking specifications, control budgets and carry out on-board inspections.
Candidates must have sailed up to Chief Engineer. Previous shore based experience would be preferred.
Salary: As per market standards and negotiable.
