GENERAL JOB INTRODUCTION:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Director, or a Technical Manager to make the move to a Technical Director post, based in Cyprus. Managing a mixed fleet of tankers you will support the MD in the efficient, effective and profitable operations of the fleet.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
To be considered for the post, candidates must have previous tankers exposure sailing as a Chief engineer. You must also have had significant shore based experience as a Technical Manager / Director managing a team.
As this is a large international team, excellent English along with the ability to influence and communicate a range of people is essential.
Must be an EU passport holder with no restrictions on worldwide travel.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting into the MD and managing a large team and fleet of Tankers, this is a big role which requires a pragmatic, disciplined and motivated manager.
You will direct and oversee the Ship Management office, ensuring all aspects of the management of the vessels are operated in line with company policies and processes, and to international standards as well as the client’s satisfaction.
