Office and Project Coordinator

Oceonix Services Limited is hiring a full-time Office and Project Coordinator with a background in the Maritime sector.  We provide commercial and operational management to a fleet of over 60 vessels. Candidates should ideally have experience in contract and vendor management, ability to evaluate processes and third-party contracts, oversee the (OMS) Management system, ensure risk management of IT and data as well as handle the Office documentation system plus engage in additional ad hoc projects with the Technical and Operations departments. Advanced computer skills and knowledge of maritime software packages will be a plus.   The successful applicant will be based in London, reporting to Senior management. All candidates must have a UK working entitlement as well as the ability to function in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural environment. Candidates should hold a graduate degree or equivalent professional qualification plus a minimum 4-5 years’ experience in the Maritime sector.
