IT Support Analyst: Shipping

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused application support Analyst, ideally with a shipping background.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be working in a customer-focussed environment, ensuring issues are dealt with promptly, following the correct processes and follow the training requirements.
  • Provide a high standard of IT application support.
  • Work closely with the business analyst and technical teams on application problems and provide input on improvement processes.
  • Work with existing customers and build new relationships with the IT organisation and the wider internal business.

About You:

  • Ideally you will have at least 2 or 3 years experience with software support.
  • Experience in the maritime industry is an advantage.
  • Good communication and organizational skills. 
  • Motivated and results driven
  • An analytical thinker.
