Sales Team Leader- Germany

Our client is the market leader in providing Software Solutions to the Maritime sector.
Due to continued success they require a Team Leader- Sales Manager for Germany.

Key responsibilities: 
*Lead and Manager Sales team 
*Drive the business in a new direction 
*Managing and changing mind-set of existing team 
*Highlight prospect clients for Business Development 
*Regular client visits and attend relevant exhibitions 
*Complete sale cycle from sourcing clients to closing the deal 
*Year on Year growth 
*Market intelligence and analysis of competitors 

Candidate: 
*Strong experience of selling technology/software products 
*Consultative selling experience 
*Full sales cycle experience 
*Marine experience would be beneficial but not compulsory 
*Must have the right to live and work in Germany
