Director Strategic Account Management

Our exclusive client is global market leader in building and implementing terminal operating systems and optimisation solutions for ports around the world. Their enterprise software that is at the heart of running a terminal and services to optimise operations. 

*Engage with the most important Global Terminal Operator clients at a Senior Manager to Executive level to generate client loyalty, stimulate growth, and improve profitability of the relationship. 
*Learn and analyse the client's business, organisation, strategies, and expectations at a global corporate level and at a regional/business unit level to include understanding who are the key influence rs and decision makers. Stay abreast of developments and changes in these areas as the client organisation and industry evolve. 
*Develop strategic account plans for 
*The ability to handle and prioritise multiple actions, projects, programs related to the account. 

Candidate: 
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the container terminal operations space combined with an intimate understanding of the nature and challenges of developing, delivering and supporting mission critical enterprise software. 
Experience specifically with marine Terminal Operating Systems will be advantageous.
