Claims Manager

We are a young and dynamic Dry Bulk Operator based in Singapore with Associate Offices in Dubai & India. We are engaged in Dry Bulk Shipping Services since 2011 and firmly believe in delivering best –in-class services to our clients. Annually, we carry over 10 million metric tons of bulk/break bulk cargoes (Ranging from Handy size to Post-Panamax Tonnages). As a result of our continuing expansion program, we are looking for suitable candidature for following position:

Claims Manager- ((India Office, Mumbai / Kandla)

• Candidate should have functional knowledge of 5~7 years  in Claims Management and Legal knowledge on Marine Claims and P&I dealings.

• Ability to proactively manage individual claims from notification to closure by developing and executing strategies.

• Review, draft, amend and negotiate the legal aspects of commercial contracts, charter-parties and biz agreements.

• Ensure effective management of legal and contractual risks on all maritime and offshore related activities of the company.
