Marine Lubricants- Sales Manager

The Marine Lubricants Sales Manager will be responsible for coordinating and further developing the Group's marine lubricant sales and related marketing in the countries / markets assigned. This position will report to the Global Head - Lubricants and will aim to develop existing and potential new accounts for contract and spot lubricant business in the assigned areas. 

*Proven experience in Marine Lubricant sales in a Global Marine Lubricants 
Organization 
*Experience in an Oil Major in a Marine Lubricants Division 
*Persuasive communication skills, good analytical ability and understanding of the needs of business partners in the shipping and Marine Lubricant business. 
*Good technical understanding of Marine Lubricants and ability to communicate technical knowledge to clients and colleagues 
*Strong negotiation skills and experience of brokering and trading high value sales contracts and selling products and services to senior managers and owners within the Marine sector. 
*Proven relationships and knowledge of the Marine /Shipping sector 
*Degree in Marine Engineering or related discipline 
*Sales and Marketing Degree combined with Shipping Experience 
*Fluent English essential and at least a second language (German, Danish or Italian) desirable
