Ships Agency Manager

Faststream are pleased to be exclusively with this leading Shipping Agency provider who is seeking to hire a Ships Agency Manager covering port operations in Germany. 

The Role: 

*Growing port sales 
*Ensuring an optimal Ships Agency operation at all times 
*Actively manage resources and processes related to the Agency services within designated ports, always within company governance and local law 
*Continuously monitor customer needs in cooperation with sales 

Candidates must have: 

*Port operations or similar experience desirable 
*Strong commercial drive 
*Connections within the German seaborne import/export industry 
*Strong ambition to succeed 
*P&L responsibility for defined territory 
*Fluency in English and German; both written and spoken
