Chartering Manager – Projects

The company. 
Faststream are working with a global shipping company to recruit for a Chartering Manager to join their expanding team in Denmark. 

The role. 
For this role you will have experience in a previous chartering position within the project cargo sector. You will have a strong network of contacts within the industry and have an excellent knowledge of the break-bulk sector. 

Responsibilities will include: 
*Negotiating and booking of cargoes 
*Draw up Charter Parties and Tender agreements. 
*Vessel and scenario planning. 
*Make commercial decisions and cargo calculations. 
*Follow market trends in order to keep ahead of the competition. 

You should have the ability to arrange stowage plans for project cargoes. 

The person. 
The ideal candidate for this exciting position will come with experience in Chartering Multipurpose and Heavy Lift vessels and have an excellent reputation within the sector.

Due to the nature of this business, you should be a strong team player and have an excellent reputation within this sector.

Experience and contacts of the wind market would also be advantageous. 

You must have the right to live and work in the EU.
