This role will give you a chance to work with a FTSE 250 leading provider of integrated shipping services, operating from 46 offices across 5 continents. You will be providing evening cover to our London based Application Support team from 5.30pm 12.30am.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality proactive application support
  • Communicate progress of resolution/status in a timely fashion
  • Build and enhance existing relationships within the IT organisation and the wider internal business
  • Be on call to respond to internal and external client queries to support our market products

 

Requirements:

  • Maritime industry or maritime software experience 
  • Software support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Analytical thinking, quality conscious and results driven attitude
