Our client is a leading international 3rd party ship management and marine services provider.
Overview
Managing a Fleet Cell with X 8 direct reports you will provide leadership and support to monitor fleet performance and ensure that ships operate within owner approved budgets, run safely and in compliance with all industry, statutory, classification and environmental regulations and remain in a state fit for purpose at all times with required certification.
Qualifications
To be considered you will have sailed as Chief Engineer on tankers with shore-based technical ship management experience. You are likely to already be in a Fleet Manager role with similar accountabilities or at Senior Superintendent level with people management responsibilities looking to step up into a Fleet Manager role.
Candidates must possess the immediate right to live and work in the European Economic Area. Applications without this existing entitlement will not be considered.
