Vessel Operator (dry bulk),. Singapore

Our client, an established shipping / trading business,is  looking for an experienced Vessel Operator to join their growing team in their Singapore office.

You will be responsible for:

• handling the vessels operations of both voyage chartered and time-chartered vessels
• Analysing of the P&L of each voyage
• Coordinate closely with trading and execution team for trade and documentation issues relating to vessels operations
• Laytime calculation and settlement with contractual parties
• Liaise with finance team on invoicing matters
• Ad-hoc reporting for matters such as bunker procurement / P&I or insurance matters

The ideal candidate is someone with at least 2 good years of dry bulk vessels operations experience, preferably with kamsarmax bulk carriers, and has strong ability to adapt well in a fast-paced commodity market environment.

Experienced with IMOS is highly preferred.
