Country Sales Manager (Liner Sector), Thailand

An established Shipowner with a container fleet is looking for a highly motivated and personable Country Sales Manager for their Bangkok office.

You will have a strong knowledge of container/shipping lines, the local market, competitors and industry trends.

The main responsibilities of this key role for the business will be to:

  • Maintain and build the client base
  • Develop company sales tools
  • Manage and coach a team of individuals
  • Setting of goals and targets which move towards continuing profitability.

You will be a person with strong interpersonal, persuasive and negotiating skills with a team player and team leader mindset. You must also be experienced in setting, working against and achieving KPI's
