The company are a leading ocean-going cruise company who are based in the EU.
The role: This position is working closely with the Food Operations Manager in order to monitor the
standards and quality level of the Food Operations onboard and reviews and supervises the
performance and Executive Chefs and Sous Chefs onboard the vessels throughout the fleet.
The Travelling Executive Chef is deeply involved in the development of Menus, Cycles and
Recipes for the Vessels and is responsible for designing, developing, delivering and
maintaining culinary training tools and systems, which communicate and re-enforce the
culinary standards of the company.
You will be well remunerated with this role - the company are seeking someone to be based in the EU ideally.
