We are looking to expand our London team with an experienced dry cargo broker.

About us

  • Launched in London in 2017, we have been busy building ever since. Our first branch office opened in Brazil in October 2018.  
  • We are now looking to grow our business organically

About you

  • Highly motivated with the know-how to grow Windward’s dry cargo business.
  • Minimum of three years’ ship broking experience.
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluent in written and spoken English.

About the job

  • Initiate, negotiate and manage spot charters.
  • Cultivate new clients to expand our portfolio.
