On behalf of our client, Spinnaker Global is looking for the best candidate to take on this crucial position in their Customer Service Department.
Your goal will be to provide THE BEST Customer Service, building on brand of high quality and an exceptional standard of service within the maritime sector.
You will evaluate processes, identify risks, develop solutions and implement improvements related to Customer Service.
This demanding role will also see you assist Supervisors in the development, execution and follow up of performance development plans for staff.
Having previously worked in a contact centre, or within a customer service role you will be responsible for creating, implementing and monitoring Customer Service procedures.
Prior experience within the Canadian transport industry providing a liner service, or within logistics - preferably ocean cargo would be advantageous.
For this position candidates are required to have existing entitlement to live and work in Canada. Sponsorship will not be provided.
