Account Manager B2B

The Account Manager will be a part of the European B2B team with the responsibility to sell market-leading publications and provide customer service for existing subscribers in the European market.

Responsibilities
• Prospect and sell new subscriptions for the brands
• Develop a deep understanding of our niches, products and services to identify new potential subscribers
• Provide customer service for existing subscribers
• Develop and maximize presence and market-share in your market
• Collaborate with the regional sales team on sales initiatives and projects

Requirements
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in sales and customer service, with proven sales achievements
• Sales-driven and customer-centric, with “Customer first” attitude
• Ability to interact with a variety of clients in different sectors
• Ability to sell effectively on the phone and by email
• Organized, proactive, flexible, results driven and self-motivated
• Comfortable to work collaboratively in small team environment and with international teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skill, with good command of English
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot ,etc.)
