Sales & Business Development (Insurance), Hamburg

An exciting role has arisen with this established and entrepreneurial insurance broker.  This offers great scope for development, where entrepreneurial thinking is recognised and rewarded.

Working in a collaborative team, you will drive sales and build business both nationally and internationally.  Delivering insurance and risk related advice to clients, you will develop and deliver presentations to prospective and existing clients, implement marketing measures, participate in industry and customer events and identify cross-selling opportunities over different business units.

You will have a sound knowledge of the industry and markets on a national and international level, be a consultative and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales.  Your sound negotiation skills, ability to win business and communicate at all levels will be supported by your resilience and adaptability.

You must have at least eight years' experience in maritime insurance and finance sales, supported by a relevant degree or apprenticeship.  Fluency in English and German is required to meet the client needs.
