Key Account Manager B2B Sales

The regional Key Account Manager B2B Sales will be a part of the EMEA B2B team in London with the responsibility to grow and expand the corporate subscription business and sell market-leading publications in the EMEA market.

Responsibilities

  • New sale and upsell / cross sale and maintain existing corporate subscription deals
  • Develop and maximize presence and market share in designated accounts and territory 
  • Develop a deep understanding of our niches, products and services to identify new revenue opportunities
  • Build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions
  • Identify opportunities and build rapport with customers 
  • Prospecting, proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate with the global sales team on sales initiatives and projects

Requirements

  • Experienced with global sales and corporate agreements in a diverse and international environment. 
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales with proven sales achievements, preferable in digital services in B2B market 
  • Ability to interact with a variety of clients from different sectors
  • "Customer first" focus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal, with good command of English
  • Ability to sell effectively in-person, via phone and via email
  • Organized, proactive, flexible, results driven and self-motivated
  • Comfortable to work collaboratively in a small team environment and with international teams
  • IT savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, etc.) 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
