Spinnaker is working with an internationally recognised Owner/Operator of a fleet of Dry Bulk Carriers.
Due to expansion, an opportunity has become available for an Operations Manager to join their team in Greece.

Some of the key responsibilities for this role are:

Ensure that the Company’s Fleet is always effectively operated with the company’s policies.
Preparing freight/demurrages statements to be mutually approved by the Operations/Commercial Managers.
Monitoring all ship management functions, supervision of vessels and insurance claims with Chartering.
Participating in all inter-departmental & the Management Review meetings
Submitting and cooperating in the review of proposals for improving the system
Evaluating the Masters and the senior Deck Officers performance.

The Qualifications required for this role are:
Seagoing experience and/or tertiary education in relevant field
Fluency in English
A work experience in a related field
