Ultranav Denmark ApS (a subsidiary of Naviera Ultranav Limitada, Chile) is the holding company for the activities in Ultrabulk, Ultragas and Ultranav Business Support.

Ultrabulk A/S is a globally recognised dry bulk shipowner and operator, servicing customers in the MPP/Parcel services, Handysize, Supramax and Panamax segments. Ultrabulk operates a fleet of 130 to 165 vessels managed by a professional team strategically located at 7 offices worldwide.

Ultragas ApS is a leading gas carrier operator and owner, servicing customers in regional and deep-sea trades offering semi-refrigerated carriers as well as ethylene carriers. Ultragas operates a fleet of 20 LPG carriers of which 19 are owned and under own technical management.

UltraShip ApS (a subsidiary of Ultragas Aps) is a shipmanagement company, responsible for crew and technical management of Ultragas and Ultrabulk vessels.

Ultranav Business Support ApS offers back office support to all offices of Ultrabulk, Ultragas and UltraShip.
